Our lowest cost solution is to simply join the SSA WiFi network with your existing internet connection. After a small setup fee to cover hardware and installation, your customers will be able to access the internet via free WiFi. Members of the SSA WiFi premium service (users who pay a small monthly fee) will have a longer access time and faster speed at any of the SSA WiFi network locations. There are no additional monthly fees or maintainence required on your part aside from the internet connection. The initial cost of hardware and installation may vary depending on what all is required to get access setup in your location, and to provide coverage to all of your customers. Larger areas may require additional hardware to provide adequate coverage. The typical installation for a single-node network only costs $150. We can do a no-cost consultation to determine the needs of your establishment and provide a quote on the spot. We currently have an installation special for signing a contract: $99 for a base install including hardware, additional hardware nodes to provide adequate coverate in larger areas are $99 each. Contract length is 1 year.

If you later decide you no longer want to be a part of the SSA WiFi network, we will come and remove our equipment and typically refund up to half of the initial installation costs as long as the equipment is still in fair condition and good working order.

Custom Hotspot

Custom hotspot design and installation can be a bit more expensive, but the end result will be a professional wireless hotspot branded to your company or organization. We can setup something as simple as completely open and free internet access with no cative portal or splash page. You can have a free hotspot that either welcomes the users and shows a list of rules or terms before allowing them access to the internet. Or you can have a completely restrictive portal requiring users to register for internet access, or only allow access by use of "tokens" or one-time usage cards you can give to your customers when they purchase something from your establishment - allowing a given allotment of time to use your wireless.

A typical fully managed custom branded hotspot service will run about $200 for hardware, design, and installation plus an additional $25-50 per month to cover maintainence, monitoring, management and service or repairs. This also does not include the internet connection, which should be provided by you (we can piggyback your existing connection, and provide firewalls to prevent access to your existing network) or we can arrange for a separate internet connection for your hotspot service - which will run anywhere from $30-100 depending on available internet options in your area and teh desired connection speed.
